Approximately 1 acre of grass land with a few citrus trees completely is enclosed with 1metre high dog wire, where the dogs can safely run in.
There is a seating area where the humans can sit and relax, read a book or watch your dog enjoying their freedom. You can also picnic if you bring them some refreshments with you.
The creek is accessed through a gate, this area can only be used, if the dog is either on a leash or has a reliable recall, this section is not fully fenced. My neighbours do not appreciate dogs roaming on their property.
My 2 acre property is situated between 2 x 40 acre properties, both of the neighbouring houses are about 500m from my fence line, so the chance of seeing another dog is remote, it's perfect for reactive dogs.
I have a small quantity of Agility Equipment 5 Jumps, Tunnel & Weave Poles that can be available on request, however for the safety of the dogs, the human guest must have some experience or understanding of agility.
A bin is available to for waste products, poo bags can be made available. A towels can also be made available if dogs need to be dried off before putting them in the car.
Kui Karinya for K9 Happiness is located in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. It's a 10 minutes drive from the Nambour Exit of the Motorway. The entrance to the property is a farm gate with 2 signs attached I small Sniff Space sign and another with "Preserve Dulong", you can park directly in front of the gate. the gate swings inwards to the paddock.

- Do not leave your dog unattended

- No chewing furniture/plants, either of you!
- Leave the space as you found it
- No refund if you cancel within 3 hours of your booking start time.
What a stunning host is Jane!!! We had the best time today and cannot wait to go back. May be for a couple days next time! Jane’s attention to detail is impeccable. Probably cs she’s a former dog trainer. Every safety concern is looked in to. She had our getaway already planned for us with picnic mats, extended leads, towels for the dogs, water, various toys, and the list go on. By far the best Sniffspace we’ve been to. Thanks again Jane. We always love our visits to Kui Karinya. Jane couldn't be more lovely she is a very friendly, thoughtful host. The property is gorgeous and extremely well maintained. We always leave happy, relaxed and eager for our next visit.

A fantastic spot where our energetic dogs could run around safely. A great place for a picnic too. Can’t wait to go back. Jane had provided drinking bowls, water, dog toys and chairs/table if you need them and was a lovely host. Thank you.
My girls Grace and Lucy had a most marvellous visit to Jane's property. The area was beautifully maintained and the creek was just too tempting for Grace. I highly recommend this space and we will be returning. Jane is just so lovely as well. Cheers Jo
Clancy and Pickles had the time of their lives frolicking and dashing around at Kui Karinya for K9. I couldn't have asked for a more kind and accommodating host. It was a blissful time for all of us. We will book again asap.
