Welcome to Rafferty's Rumble, where you and your pup are the only ones here!
If you're a doggo who just likes to run, has long legs, and doesn't want to jump over things this is the space for you. Nothing to get in the way of a 200mtr sprint across the back fence...
And then before your pawrents catch you go jump in the dam.
Fully fenced with no immediate neighbours this is the perfect space for those puppers who just want to do their thing with their parents.
No people, no dogs, (there are neighbouring dogs, but they are very rarely let out of their runs) no distractions. Just long grass, clear running tracks and a muddy dam to relax in after your zoomies..
Recent upgrades also include some much needed shelter, and a wash station at the far corner front fence. We have also installed a visual barrier to the 1 neighbour who's dog has been seen a few times. We have also now finished our new driveway, so you can drive in and shut the gate before you let the fur fly!!

As with any rural property, please do a fence check. We do have a couple of sneaky wombats who dig under the fence, mostly in the front where the gate is.
Lastly - There is a clay shooting range at the end of the street. Although far away and we have never heard it, we have had 1 guest say it was in use when they were there. If worried, you can check their schedule at https://theforestclaytargetclub.com.au/calendar/ . All shoot days start at 10am.
You are welcome to drive through the gate and park on the left if you think your car will be ok. (This is a rural property with a rural driveway.) Please do not drive through the block as there is a resident wombat that keeps digging burrows. There is also a hose to wash down the pups at the far front corner of the block.

- No smoking on the premises
- No people in the dams
- Dogs on leash while entering and exiting
- Inspect the space before unleashing
- Do not leave your dog unattended
- Respect the space
- Please respect the neighbours
- No chewing furniture/plants, either of you!
- Leave the space as you found it
- No refund if you cancel within 3 hours of your booking start time.
With two reactive dogs, I was initially concerned they might see people or other dogs from within the space, but thankfully, they didn’t. The dam was a hit with my water-loving boy, and there was plenty of space for all of them to run around. The little shelter was also great for when it rained.
We love this space! It's big and clear so the dogs can around as much as they want. They also love the water to cool down!
Such a wonderful space, it is clearly well maintained as the fences were safe and grass short. The dogs had the best time running around, rolling in the grass and swimming in the water. We will definitely be back!
Having this HUGE space only 20 mins from home is amazing! It’s so quite perfect for the nervous, reactive types. Scooby loves to run and swim, Raffertys Rumble has more than enough space (and water) for her. I couldn’t recommend this space any more if I tried, it would be 1000/5 stars if I could
This place is PERFECT! We have an American bully whom loves to have a good sniff and run around. The sniffspace is completely secure, and you have peace of mind knowing that you too can also relax and enjoy the space while your dog explores! The little gestures like the bucket of toys under the pergola and poo bags are greatly appreciated! Highly recommend, we will be back for sure!
Great, huge space for the dogs. Lovely area for my dogs to run, play, chase and explore. They also loved going in and out of the dam! Dogs definitely had alot of fun. Would recommend and will be back
