The Sniffspace paddock is about 2-3 acres of private, flat land that is FULLY FENCED. There are no holes, no prickles and no bushes. Your dogs can run and run and run. There are no houses, people or animals to be seen from this paddock. Other than my house, however it is some distance away. I keep the grass mowed and the space immaculate.
NOTE: The fencing is pet fencing the whole way around the paddock. Fencing is in PERFECT tight condition. A fence walk is recommended to make sure you are happy with it.
My family and I live here on the property with our two kids and 2 dogs. My dogs will be inside sleeping during your visit with the curtains closed, so no barking.
Your dogs MUST remain on lead until they are INSIDE the designated paddock. Then they can run free and have as much fun as they like.
Inside the front paddock there will be fresh water provided.
We do live on a busy main road. However, there is double fencing in the front paddock with trees for privacy.
SUITABILITY:
- If your dog has a high prey drive they may not be suited to this space as there may be rabbits and kangaroos in the neighbouring paddocks.
- If your dog is capable of jumping a 4ft fence, or is a fence runner that can push under, it is not suited to this space.
BYO poo bags and all poo must be taken from the property THIS IS A CONDITION OF BOOKING YOUR SNIFFSPACE AND MUST BE RESPECTED.
- Pick up all rubbish before you leave
- Dogs on leash while entering and exiting
- Inspect the space before unleashing
- Do not leave your dog unattended
- Respect the space
- Please respect the neighbours
- No chewing furniture/plants, either of you!
- Leave the space as you found it
- No refund if you cancel within 3 hours of your booking start time.
This was our first sniffspace outing with our dogs, one being a reactive boy. It was so beautiful to be able to go leash-free! The space was clean, huge, and had water, a shelter and tennis rackets provided. It was super easy to access, and we all had a blast. Thanks so much!
This was our first visit to this lovely Sniff Space and our precious babies had a great time. We took plenty of water for them to enjoy and they loved relaxing in the shade space provided between playtimes. Chairs were provided for us humans which was great. We loved that we were able to drive our car directly into the space and close the gate behind us. This made getting our babies back in the car safe and easy. I think we will definitely be back for regular plays and maybe even add in the fur cousins to join in the fun. Thank you Rebecca for providing a great safe space for our precious babies to enjoy.

We had an incredible visit to this Sniffspace. It was really well maintained, a marquee for shade, chairs, dog toys, plenty of water, and easy access straight off the road into the space. We will be back!
Location was easy to find and access. The space is well kept and big enough for our dog to run run run to his heart’s desire. Our dog (Shiba Inu) is an escape artist and can be very slippery to catch, so it was imperative that the location we picked was reliably fully fenced with absolutely no gaps and also with no opportunity to jump over. We did a full walk to check the fencing and I was comfortable with the quality. We really appreciated the gazebo for shade with some plastic chairs; there were also some boxes of balls, racquets and other toys to use, and an elevated outdoor dog bed for our boy to relax on. We enjoyed relaxing under the shade (on a very sunny day) while letting our dog explore the area. Looking forward to visiting again! For those booking for their first time, you could consider some notes that we made for a future improved visit - BYO comfy camping chairs, an esky full of cold drinks and some sandwiches/snacks to munch on!
