Due to a local request for a private space to walk dogs in the Coffs Harbour area we have opened up two of our unused paddocks.
There is varied fencing around both paddocks and the grass is also of varying lengths! We aim to keep the front paddock along the driveway shorter and the side paddock often has a section of long grass, which our dogs love to explore.
There is access to a dam which our dogs love to to splash/swim in. Fresh drinking water is also available.
We ourselves have reactive dogs so understand the difficulties around walking them. The following triggers are sometimes around the space. One of the neighbouring paddocks sometimes has cows present. Visible across the driveway are often horses. Along the top boundary are our chickens and ducks which I can keep penned if requested -often when they see dogs they disappear inside. Our neighbours driveway does run along another boundary-dog fence is along this section. Neighbours dogs along the road may be heard, but up in the side paddock at the top it is quiet and if the cows are not in adjoining paddock then there are no disturbances. Our dogs may be heard but are fully contained up at the house - if I am home I will bring them inside and they will not be heard.
I am happy to involve our animals for training purposes if I am home.
There are a lot of tics present on the property which get on furry friends and humans alike. Most of the land is sloping but that makes for some lovely views at the top. Very happy to answer any questions.
If dogs will be off leash owners need good recall to ensure they do not chase wildlife or neighbours livestock.

Amazing! Our first ever Sniffari and it was perfect! Nyssa is a brilliant host. So much to explore. A dam to dip in and get muddy, grass to bounce through an duck poo to roll in! Willow and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We could both relax and just be ourselves, no need to worry about random dogs approaching for Willow to react to. We will be back regularly!
