'The Paddock' is a 10 acre property, located 1 hour north of Perth and 7 minutes south from the Bindoon town centre.

This block is fully fenced with two paddocks, it is currently a vacant block of land with no infrastructure, we do however have some trees planted so please keep an eye out for the star pickets which mark where the trees are!
The top of the property is shaded with large eucalypts, as you walk further down you come to open pasture, you might notice in this area we have some large logs in front of a firepit feel free to sit on them and let your dogos jump up on them, but for obvious reasosn do not start your own campfire! There are strict firebans in the area.
From here you will see a gate, keep on walking through because beyond that you will see a strip of trees, another area for your dogs to explore! and then past this there is a large open paddock where they can run their hearts out.

The property behind, and on either side of 'The Paddock' are all currenlty vacant apart from some sheep on one side. Across the road the neighbours do have dogs, however they are contained in there own yard also on 10 acres, so it is unlikely that you'll see another dog, however you may hear distant barking.

General notes:
-The gate between the two paddocks is left open, but feel free to shut it if you need.
-This is a rural property, so keep an eye out for wildlife.
-This property is going to be a future home so please respect it as you would your own!
