How much do I need to interact with guests and their dogs?

Most guests will come and go on their own once they know their surroundings. We always suggest you send them a welcome message, apart from the automated one when they first book.

You can also offer a meet and greet to show them any gates, boundaries, and things to look out for whilst using your space.

Other than an initial meet and greet, interaction is not encouraged as our philosophy is to give dogs and their owners a safe and private space to play and train without worrying about others.

Really you don't even need to be home when there is a booking!
