Can I withdraw my credit back into my bank account?

Refunds from your account are possible with approval from the Sniffdpace team. To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] stating the following:

- Name

- Registered email

- The amount you'd like refunded

Any withdrawal of credit is subject to a flat 3% charge to cover payment gateway fees and the $1 service charge. Please allow up to 5 business days to see this refund in your account.

Example:

You have been given a credit in your account of $35.00 and would like it refunded back onto your credit card or paypal account used. We will retain 3% ($1.05 + $1.00) and refund the remainder ($32.95) to your original account.
