Can I still message a guest who has completed their booking?

Messaging stays open after a booking is complete to allow you to communicate with your past guest, thank them for coming, or return an item that was left.

To ensure the safety and privacy of all guests and hosts it is a requirement that you adhere to the Sniffspace guidelines for safe messaging, which includes not sending any personal information, external links, or pornographic material.

To message a past guest:

• Go to my account

• Go to My Messages

• At the top, you will see a drop-down

• Choose the guest you’d like to message
