The short answer is yes - But there is a little to consider if you’re on a farm and have farm animals adjoining your space.

Dogs and horses very rarely mix well, so if you do have farm animals or your neighbours do, you will need to ensure that your fences are completely dog-proof.

You will also want to ensure to be clear in your description that there are farm animals about. Most of our city dogs have never seen another animal as big as a cow, and their natural instinct to chase will kick in.

If possible, when you have guests move your other animals away from the space and secure them in another area of your land.
