Creating a great space listing

Creating an appealing space listing is half the battle of winning guests. A great listing will have a few things done well like:

1. The maximum number of photos - Showcase all your space has. If possible include some images of dogs using your space.

2. A great description - You want to describe your space thoroughly, but not overwhelm the guest with information they may not need. Make sure to include anything they will find important such as surrounding animals, amenities, location.

3. Include some dot points - Dot points are easy to read, they help a potential guest see quickly if your space is suitable and highlights the important parts.

4. Be as accurate as possible - Remember your guests have never been there and may have dogs that have never been off-leash. It is important to be as accurate as possible, especially when it comes to other animals around your space. City dogs and farm animals are usually not a great mix, so if you do have horses, sheep etc adjoining your space, make sure you tell your guests, and make sure your fencing is adequate.
